I use Japan Wireless every time I go to Japan usually twice a year. Great service Delivered to my hotel and pick up at check-in. If I have a question the response is within a few hours. Comes with a batter charger as well. Highly recommend

Easy to buy, good price, good reviews. Hopefully it's good!

They were so helpful with communication when my flight was cancelled/delayed over 24-hours.

Great service. Awesome speed. The only thing that can be improved is better quality power bank as battery of the power bank gets over very soon

Easy pickup at Tokyo airport post office, easy setup and good WiFi reception for our travels. Easy drop off at airport post office drop box. Includes a battery pack in case is needed.

All good service . Clear and fast

So my phone will not work in Tokyo. I bought the Wireless plan that I carried with me at all times. It was a pocket wifi device. I paid 63 foe 8 days. I was connected at all times and was able to make Wi-Fi calls. Excellent service. When I had an issue and I sent an email to them. I was responded to immediately. I will use again.

Fuss free and easy process. Signal strength is awesome.

Japan Wireless is reasonably priced. Especially when using a coupon code. Equipment was shipped very quickly and delivered on time. It arrives with a pre-address/postage paid envelope to send it back in. They're quick to reply if you have any questions. A backup battery and all cables/plugs needed shipped with the pocket wifi. I use them every time I'm in Japan.

Excellent reliable service
