Easy to pick up from Narita airport.
Unit is easy to use.
Went to mountains in Nagano and still had signal. Good coverage.
Speed is ok but not the fastest I have seen.
Battery does not last a day. They include a battery bank but it is an extra item to carry around.

Pick up and Mail Drop off are both very simple. I actually missed the pick up from the mail office because of delay at the customs clearance. With email communication, they sent the pocket wifi directly to the hotel that I was staying the following day.

Despite a last minute change in pick up point, they accomodated our request and made sure we got our pocket wifi at our hotel. Prompt reply and good service.
