This is my second time getting service from Japan wireless and both time are very good! ordered my SIM card a few weeks before my arrival to be sent to my hotel. Delivery was on time, and setting up was super easy! Definitely gonna be using Japan wireless again for my next time in Japan :)

Ordered for the next day. It was delivered to our hotel, and we used it until the day we departed. Packed it up and dropped it at the post office box right in front of TSA. Connection was good for the four people in Our party and made the trip easy as we could research without searching for free wifi.

Everything worked perfect, like delivering to the hotel,the reception was fantastic and to install it was very easy!

Our wireless device was waiting for us at our hotel, it worked wonderfully during our entire trip and we were able to so easily return it in a different city in the provided mailer. Cannot be more convenient!
