So easy to order, pick up, use, and drop off at the airport as you leave. Will order every time I come to Japan. Had zero connectivity issues and full coverage. Even handled Netflix and playing games on my handheld. Loved the translator too. Came in so handy when ordering food and sorting out directions to places.

Great service for a reasonable price, as always. My one suggestion is to offer a smaller backup battery, to save weight. Thank you

The product worked great. The price to rent it was reasonable. It comes with the charger, a pouch, and the envelope you need when you return it. The pouch with everything inside it fit well in my backpack. It holds a good charge too. We used it 24/7. The customer service is good too, fast responses. It was easy to find the building and also returning the product to the mailbox in the airport. We will definitely be renting the portable WiFi on our next visit. Highly recommend 10/10
