Avis

Ranging all over the mountain resorts was not a problem. Access was good and reliable ensuring when I finished playing on the mountain, I could attend my meetings and meet deadlines when I was off it. Super handy when commuting about the city for up to date transport info and finding my way around! Best of all, everyone in my family could also use it so they didn’t stray too far! 😂

Good and smooth service

I had a great experience using Japan Wireless. The pickup experience was smooth and so was the drop off. I made some changes to my arrival date and customer service was extremely helpful. I will use this service again when I return to Japan in the Spring. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Always a pleasure. During our two weeks' stay in Japan, we went to many different places, the wireless box was our best companion on the way. We were inside out satisfied and will use it again and again!!!

Great experience and we reliable wifi

I was very happy with the wireless service provided.
It was easy to set up and use. I was able to stay connected everywhere I traveled.

Service to order a Portable WiFi router is really wonderful, now let's see how it works.

Worked perfect and easy to use

Device was delivered to hotel and was waiting there for us. It worked great all over the mountains of Hakuba area. It was faster than our wired internet at home in Australia even with 3 people connected at the same time. Being able to drop it in the mail box at airport on the way out was also very convenient.

Perfect experience. Wi-Fi works very well.
