I rented out a pocket wifi online for my mother who was arriving just a few hours after. I totally forgot and was quickly searching online to reserve a pocket wifi while getting ready to head out to the airport to pick her up.

Due to me being in a hurry, I was careless and accidentally ordered a pocket wifi to be picked up at Narita airport, instead of Haneda. I called the company to have it changed but unfortunately it wasn’t possible . Instead, they had it shipped directly to the hotel where my mom would be staying.

They were so friendly, I only told them were and they quickly had it shipped out. No stress at all!

As for the wifi itself, it had an unlimited usage so it was super convenient and my family got to take it everywhere during their stay. It never faltered not even once, the speed of the internet was that of a regular wifi at home.

after the service I mailed it back to them which was written out in English and was direct to the point and easy to understand. After they received the wifi, they even sent an email updating me that they received it.

I will definitely order from them again when family come to visit again sometime this year. Their service was excellent, the wifi unlimited usage, great service and I didn’t have to worry about anything. All this was also extremely affordable for a week of service, so I really recommend them.

I've been to japan twice before and never ordered/used wifi pocket. My third time in Japan I decide to order wifi literally right before I board the plane! I couldn't believe that the package was waiting for me at my hotel.Japan wireless is affordable and quick! I will definitely use their service in the near future! Manifesting Fall 2023.
