I flew into and out of Narita. It was easy to pickup and drop off Wifi works perfectly.

Great portable wifi.

Ranging all over the mountain resorts was not a problem. Access was good and reliable ensuring when I finished playing on the mountain, I could attend my meetings and meet deadlines when I was off it. Super handy when commuting about the city for up to date transport info and finding my way around! Best of all, everyone in my family could also use it so they didn’t stray too far! 😂

Good and smooth service

I had a great experience using Japan Wireless. The pickup experience was smooth and so was the drop off. I made some changes to my arrival date and customer service was extremely helpful. I will use this service again when I return to Japan in the Spring. Thank you Japan Wireless!
