Extremely easy process. Was at our hotel upon arrival and always had WiFi through our 9 day trip.

It was a very reliable and good prodcut, the speed was very good and the battery last almost the full day, I would rent it again in my next trip.

We travelled from Tokyo through to Osaka over 2 weeks and it was seamless for the whole trip! Better reception than we get in Australia!

I was having problem with my e-sim, therefore rent pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The device delivered right to our hotel and even gives us the envelope send back the pocket wifi when we are done before heading home. The pocket wifi worked very well and I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended 👍
