Very good service. Be sure to check the range. We went to some places where it didn’t work up near Nagano. It worked great in Tokyo!

This was the smoothest experience ever. We were able to pick up and drop off with flawless ease. The pocket wifi itself exceeded our expectations. It lasted throughout our whole day without needing to be recharged (though a pocket charger is also supplied), and it offered very fast wifi. Because the data was unlimited, we even were able to connect our laptop to it at the hotel. Will definitely use Japan Wireless Pocket wifi again next time we go to Japan! Highly recommend!

The service was great! I had no problems with the pocket Wi-Fi at all. It tended to overheat but I’m sure that’s to be expected while using it the entire day.
