The whole experience was easy. Wifi box was at our hotel when we arrived and it worked well!

We have been using this product when traveling through Japan. It is an easy pick up and drop off at the domestic airport. We can also get it delivered to our accommodation, but I like to use google maps when driving, hence why we pick it up as soon as we land. We are about to connect all our devices to it which is very handy. Very reasonably priced as well.

I have used Japan Wireless several times since 2017 and never had any issues.

Awesome and affordable wireless service.
Having JAPAN WIRELESS is a "must" for any trip to Japan.

I always trust the team at japan wireless when I am travelling in Japan to get the WiFi device to me, they are always great with their communication and it’s an extremely reliable service, wouldn’t choose anyone else!

Your product is excellent! Keep it up! Thank you.

I greatly appreciate the service extended by Japan Wireless. They were able to convey clearly the instructions on their manual up until the return of the unit. It was all hassle free.

Perfect for us, on our workcation travelling to Japan from Australia. Helpful when exploring the city without the need for roaming!

Our friends appreciated it too!

Rented a pocket wifi while I was back in Japan for two weeks or so.
I picked up the pocket wifi at hotel as requested, and activation was easy.
The return was also easy (to post box), and I thought it was nice for them to send me an email letting me know the pocket wifi was returned.
Not much complain here, but the bag that came with the pocket wifi could be smaller (could not fit to my sling bag), and could be a bit cheaper.
Anyway, I will probably order from them again.

a perfect organisation a perfect Gadget for our trip
