Twice I’ve been to Japan, twice I’ve used this service! No needs for a SIM card, just make sure it’s charged in the morning and it’ll last you your whole travel day! While the network speed isn’t fast enough for super heavy duty downloads, everything from streaming to texting is a breeze. Everything from pickup to drop-off was smooth and when I eventually return I can’t wait to use Japan Wireless again!

This service deserves top marks. It was delivered to the hotel and arrived perfectly on time. The internet works everywhere with excellent speed, and the data usage is extremely efficiente.

we never ran out of power, even after using it for 12 hours straight. Plus, a power bank is included in the price, which is very handy. Returning it at the airport was super easy. Full marks!

Japan Wireless was VERY easy to use! We selected everything online before our trip...pick up at the airport...2 weeks of fun in Japan and then we returned everything in the provided envelope at the postal service drop back at Haneda before we got on our flight! Great WiFi service - never had any issues!

I was in Japan for 16 days and there were two of us who used it from morning until evening. Never had any problems with wifi, it took everywhere and the battery lasted easily all day, so I never needed the supplied power bank. Then the convenience of picking it up at the airport and sending it to a letterbox upon departure is top. Next trip to Japan we will definitely use it again, even if it costs more than the Esim ones, but having seen that some of my friends have had problems I have no doubts about getting the pocket wifi again.

Excellent - worked very well for our trip

I go the 14 day unlimited 5G and everywhere I went I had good coverage. Set up was easy and well explained in English. Some places in central Hokkaido was only 4G but I never lost coverage. This included some remote ski resorts so I consider this extremely good. The price might be more than many other options but Japan Wireless network is definitely the best. If your travelling in more remote area's I recommend this E-Sim
