this is my 2nd time using this service
never really had any problems
the battery and charge lasts pretty good and i rarely had to use the extra battery. just be sure to charge it overnight for the next day. i found that the unit started to run low battery at about 10 hours of use. so if you are having a long day without charging, be aware of that

It was easy to use and super convenient to have this device. For my entire stay in Japan, I never had to turn my phone on. I left it on airplane mode the entire time. This was a cheap way to use my "older" phone.
