I had read online that we may need something like this for our trip to Tokyo, and boy am I glad we got one!

Really easy to use, the wireless device gave us internet signal every day as we explored the city and I dread to think how we would have coped without it.

A must have, and it was really easy to return at the airport at the end of our trip. 10/10

Great and easy to use

I'm so glad I got this! Quick and easy procedure to pick it up at the airport. It worked flawlessly, the battery ran out a few times but thankfully a spare was included to no issue. Easy drop off at the airport before flying back. Much recommended!

Good speed, good connection, battery life is super long, they give you a portable charger with the portable wifi just in case the battery dies (never happened even though I was out for hours each day), easy pick up (they shipped it to my hotel) and drop off (dropped it into a mailbox at the airport before leaving Japan), would absolutely rent again!

The internet was good and stable except the last 2 days of usage when I had to restart the device to have internet again. The battery lasted me for around 10 -12 hours but I had the portable battery which was also offered do all was good. Definitely recommend !
