This was my second trip to Japan and my second use of their services. Everything perfect, easy and functioning. I highly recommend using their service and products!

Our wireless router worked well for every city we explored. It will have trouble connecting when using city trains underground but it served us well and was affordable for the 14 days we used it. Drop off was also very simple which we did at the airport mailbox before we left.

Signal is reliable and fast. Easy transaction and very reasonable rate. All information and instruction for return and pick up is easy to follow. The extra battery pack is also a good thing.

The Japan Wireless device arrived at our hotel right on time, was easy to set up and worked super well the whole time we needed it. Also easy to return. We would recommend this to anyone.
