Plane arrived late, horrible time through immigration but counter was still open to retrieve the device well after advertised close time. Device worked perfectly for the entire time of our holiday. Could not recommend highly enough, must have for a Japan visit!

Everything perfect !

Super cheap compared to use mobile data. Wireless router was delivered to the hotel front desk before our arrival and was super-easy to use. We had full coverage all our time in Japan - nearly all places - lost connection in a steep valley where we also lost phone reception. If I should be a bit picky; I would expect the battery to last a full day (with extensive use). But all in all I would highly recommend it.

Japan Wireless' pocket wifi is incredibly reliable and convenient during our week-long stay in Tokyo. The device's battery lasts for a day and we never experienced any down time.

The wireless device was waiting in our hotel when we arrived.
We carried the device every day. It worked well while we walked and on the Shinkansen. Highly recommended.
The return process was very easy. I will rent the device again next time I visit Tokyo later this year.
