Avis

My husband and I used Japan wireless for a two week trip. It was an easy process throughout from pickup to drop off. Highly recommend for phone usage throughout the country and we'd use Japan wireless again for our next trip.

My wifi connection was mostly great. (A couple of times in a two-week period of my stay in Japan, I did not have a stable connection.)

Battery lasted all day

Very good experience

We continue to use Japan Wireless every time we visit Japan. Service is fantastic, very easy to organise both collection and return of the portable internet device we hire. Happy to recommend to any wishing to make use of this great service. Thank you.

Unproblematic, worked like a charm, held good battery times and let us use all internet services on the whole trip.

Everything was as advertised, very simple process, no surprises, and very much appreciated
