Votre partenaire privilégié durant votre séjour au Japon
We had unfortunately some technical issues with our device and the company was able to deliver us another one in a very short period of time. We experienced a good customer service and we can only recommend the company.
Reliable and efficient service
Thank you, everything was good
I was apprehensive about this process, but it was an easy step but step process!
Good I enjoyed it thank you
Seamless process from placing order to returning it! Will always pick JapanWireless!
Website very easy to understand. Very simple and straightforward process.
Pocket wifi was delivered to my hotel before I even arrived to check-in, as requested.Finding the po box for the drop-off return at the end of my trip was easy. Overall, easy process and allowed me to connect to the internet easily. Will definitely rent from you on my next trip
excellent service, we had no problems
17 days in Japan and we were tossing up between SIM and pocket WiFI. Glad we went with pocket WiFI. Lasted all day easily, small to carry around and network performance was great
