Easy to use, convenient and reliable

This was a perfect solution, the device is small and can be stored in a trousers pocket. The battery lasted the whole day. I would advise to have 2 devices so that the group can separate in 2 subgroups and still be able to localize or call each other. The network was nearly always perfect.
The delivery and return were extremely easy and fast (unlike the railpass, which is an outdated paper voucher and needed 1h15 minutes to be exchanged).
So Japan Wireless is the best of Japan (as compared to Railpass technology, which dates back 30 years).

En voyage au Japon pendant 15 jours ,nous sommes très satisfait de la prestation
Merci

Great options and very convenient to pick up and send back.

Highly recommend Japan Wireless had pocket wi fi delivered to hotel and was there when we arrived. Easy to set up and use . Internet was fantastic speed and would definitely use this company again- can’t wait to come back to Japan again and use this company!

I use it the first time and will be using them again in 2023. Love the service.
