Pocket wifi service of Japan Wireless was extremely convenient!
They shipped the wifi to the hotel we were staying at and return was as easy as leaving it in a post office drop box. Also, the battery was sufficient to go through all day. Can't imagine our trip without it.

War alles gut und unkompliziert. Das Gerät wurde pünktlich ins Hotel geliefert. Hat direkt problemlos funktioniert 🤩, die Rücksendung in Flughafen war ebenfalls unkompliziert.

Pickup and drop off process was easy and painless. Unlimited data was perfect and much needed. Service worked everywhere we travelled and often worked better than hotel wifi. Used 80gb over the 16 days in Japan.

We purchased the pocket wifi for 2 weeks. It was the best part about our trip! Must get. They ship it to your hotel and we just dropped it off as we entered the airport! Incredible!

We were in Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara and Koto
The connection was very stable in all areas

The router battery is really good and you have an external battery provided if it runs out

I chose the option to pick up the box at the airport. We arrived at Narita and picked it up at a Post Office.
