Seamless, user friendly and convenient!

We had a very good experience overall. Were happy we boutgh this. A must when traveling around. Only issue that keeps it from a 5 star is that the WiFi sometimesstoped working and we had to restart it. It happend multiple times during our trip. Not a big issue, but an annoyance.

To order a pocket wifi in this web was a too easy experience with a lot of solutions to your travel. We’ll return.

I’ve heard so many cons with getting pocket WiFi that I was worried. Japan wireless is the best!! We had connection everywhere we went!! The battery life was fantastic and pick up was smooth and easy!! As well as drop off!! So convenient, affordable and reliable!! Would get them again my next trip!
