Quick and easy service.

Easy airport pick-up, set-up, and return.

We couldn't have done without the router. Process of ordering and communication before traveling to Japan was very good. Upon arrival we received the router from the receptionist at our hotel in Tokyo which was great. Explanation of use was clear and battery almost run a whole day so we hardly used the included power bank. I would definitely recommend!

Reliable service., easy to use, not expensive

thank you. everything was working good!

Met 5 personen gebruikt, nergens en nooit in dus week beperkt internet! Ophalen en terugbrengen was handig en gemakkelijk.

Good connection everywhere even on subway and high altitude, rural area.

Great price, great service. Reliable and easy to use and return. Will definitely use them again for my next visit.

I had great internet connection throughout Japan and even close offshore with the pocket wifi rental from Japan Wireless. It also saved me $10 a day by not having to use my US carrier's service while in Japan.

Simple process , order and set the pick up point at the airport where I arrived. And I can drop it at post office/ post box anywhere before leaving Japan. The internet connections is very good. It’s always ON never get disconnected.
