Very longo lasting battery, and powerful signal

The Pocket Wifi is perfect, the WiFi speed is very fast, the connection is very reliable, the battery lasts for a whole day. The provided a bag, USB-C cord, and power bank is very helpful. The pickup and return process is very easy. The customer service is very helpful too, my flight got delayed for 2 hours. I've contacted their Customer Service about my situation because I might not make it to the JTB service center in Narita Terminal 1 because of my delayed flight. I had an option to have a new device shipped to my hotel but with an additional pay. I was able get to the JTB Center in time so, I never had to have a new device sent to me. Don't hesitate to get their devices. It's excellent!

This is the second time I have availed of this service and will definitely do it again in my next visit. The connection is fast enough for me to work and be on meetings for 30 days and never had I experienced any hiccups using the device. I also didn't need to charge it everytime. If I have a full day activity, I only need to charge it once during the day and it can last until I get home at night. The powerbank provided just didn't have enough mAh to full charge the device, so just make sure to bring an extra battery pack with you to be sure. All in all, I am totally satisfied with Japan Wireless!

Very easy to load onto your smartphone. The E sim and the WiFi were so helpful. Arigato.

Somehow they got even better, Battery could now easily do two days unless you're surfing endlessly (which you shouldn't, go see Japan goddamnit).
Arrives at my hotel, goes into the postal service, so utterly convenient.
Couldn't imagine this in Germany.
