Service worked perfecty

Delivery was on time and SIM card functions well as long as it is being used in a compatible mobile phone model.

No issues at all with the service. The instructions were clear and it was easy to set up the WiFi to connect. Speed was always stable and I never experienced any issue when I needed to connect. I was also able to share the connection with my friends. It was also great value to have a powerbank included. Will definitely avail of again the next time I visit Japan.

改善して頂きたい事は、毎回、受取ったWi-Fiの本体が手垢などで汚れています。アルコールで拭いてから、送って頂けると助かります。

Although Japan had internet connectivity in most areas of Tokyo, once we left the area this pocket Wi-Fi was wonderful. Super small and convenient. Don’t wander around Japan without a gadget like this! Fantastic!
