Avis

Very easy to transact with, very simple and easy to use, ver convenient even when returning the item

great service. I highly recommend

Hi, the wifi is good. Works really well. The only complaint is to get a better sinage/label/guidane to show us where you collection desk is in Haneda airport. The information online was severely outdated and it took us a lot of time to realise the collection desk had been relocated and we had to ask information desk to get where the collection desk is.

Hope this helps.

I would use japan - wireless again. They were easy to use.

I have used Japan Wireless over six times now. I always pickup at the airport terminal post office. Never had any problems. Very reliable and fast!!

Good communication on ordering, clear instructions on how to pick up, return and use. ,

Good price, shared portable wifi console. Great option if more than one person traveling. Good price and excellent coverage. Reliable equipment. Thanks

Portable wi-fi was at hotel at check-in. Everything worked as needed. Good service.

Very dependable network access. Whether on the bullet train or hiking in remote area we were always connected. A bit pricey. Wish it was more affordable.

Extremely satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
