Rented a Wifi router for my 16 day multiple city holiday. My router was waiting for me at my first hotel, when I checked in. Everything I needed was in the envelope. Super easy setup. I was able to go anywhere & stay connected to Google, Google Maps & Google translate. End of trip, popped everything in the envelope & dropped it off at an airport mailbox. So easy & painless.
I chose this company because I was able to find a discount coupon online.
A couple of times on my holiday, a couple of friends needed internet, & were able on to log onto my router. It was great to be allowed to use it on extra devices.
I would use this company again.

Hi, the wifi is good. Works really well. The only complaint is to get a better sinage/label/guidane to show us where you collection desk is in Haneda airport. The information online was severely outdated and it took us a lot of time to realise the collection desk had been relocated and we had to ask information desk to get where the collection desk is.
