Collection and return was easy. Operating the WiFi device each day was good. It made our holiday so perfect being able to get the internet out and about. Thank you so much.

We were able to use the portable wifi without any issues. Very easy to use and battery life can basically last the whole day. Signal is available in most parts of Osaka and Tokyo. Received the device directly at our hotel in Osaka. Definitely worth the price. Will avail of it again if my family goes back to Japan.

Get your wifi from post office. And return it to post box. All new experiences. The WiFi also works great during the whole Japan tour. Satisfied and recommend with five Star

For groups, this pocket wifi is the best and most efficient for everyone to use.

covered almost everywhere we went (minus inside train tunnels, somewhere you would imagine service wouldn't work) and was fast as well!

I went to japan for 18 days (Tokyo and Kyoto) and it worked everyday flawlessly on my Galaxy S20 FE. I had to pay the 30 day-SIM (500mb per day). I used google maps, google searchs and also Instagram for uploading stories and everything was smooth. Recommended!

Had no issues with WIFI at any moment. Do not put 5 stars because it was a bit expensive. 4 users could be connected at same time but if you are travelling alone, do not need so many connections.
