This is my second time using Japan Wireless for portable wifi box and I will continue using them. The ordering is easy, wifi box is handy when traveling around Japan, and they have many locations of where to pick it up. I know that I can travel around Japan with ease when I have Japan Wireless' wifi box.

Pickup and drop off is easy. Service was great! There was only 2 times it was out for like 30 seconds. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka. Customer service was great and responded quickly.

Overall- I was pleased with the product. Easy to get and set up. However we did have a few times of spotty coverage mostly around Hakone and but also in a bigger city. The other thing was that despite being posted on their website and emails in the hype of leaving we went through security without mailing it. For this reason I think we will do an e-sim next time.
