Easy pick up at Haneda, easy return at Narita, very reasonable price. Worked flawlessly throughout 2 week trip across the country for 2 mobiles, battery lasted all day and I only used the battery pack once when I forgot to charge overnight, still no problem. Even worked in quite remote areas of the countryside. Would definitely recommend!
Great connection and easy pick up and return.
Internet was a must have when navigating during our trip. The Japan wireless pocket wifi provided fast and reliable internet everywhere we went. A must have.
My family and I were able to be connected throughout the entire trip with no issues. Our portable WiFi was usually faster then the hotel wifi that was available. Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. We will be using this company again.
First time using Japan Wireless to rent a hotspot while traveling. Obtaining / returning the device could not have been any simpler, and the device worked flawlessly. In subways, buildings, high altitudes, it nearly always had signal with rare exceptions.
The cost was very reasonable as well. We used it in Seoul, and throughout several cities in Japan.
Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Japan Wireless truly made it so easy to stay connected with my kids back home. Service was excellent, and I will definitely use them again!! 😊
Everything was perfect. I'm very satisfied with your service. I didn't have any problems with the device and in my next trip I'll hire your services again. Thank you very much for your attention.

Very good service and on time delivery
Thank you
We are really happy to have rented this internet service. We had internet everywhere and any time, well from 7 am till the battery died. But was so good for my son and me. We were in a 14 days tour in Japan so it was so good to be sure we were always connected all the time. Just something to notice. It’s kind of heavy. But that’s it
like always, pickup worked fine, 4 weeks travelin through Japan with at least 98% coverage, even on the little island of Amami! thumbs up!
