Japan Wireless made traveling in Japan stress free. The portable wifi device was perfect. I was able to travel the beautiful country of Japan with my family while staying connected to business back home. Thank you.

The portable wi-if unit worked great everywhere we went in Japan. There were 4 people using it and there were no issues. Overall, a good experience.

Didn’t work at all times but it was good to have it. It came in very handy especially when in the mountains.
Size too big to carry around.
All being said, I will get it again if I am going to Japan again.

Every step is documented. The wifi device and extra battery kept us connected all day and night. Was able to pick up and drop off without issue.
