Ordering is easy. It was easy to pick up in the airport. It includes a powerbank but I wasn't able to use it cause the pocket wifi last 8-10 hrs.

We three used the JW WiFi for two weeks around the country, and it was working perfectly throughout our trip. Coverage and speed was superb. You have to charge it daily, though.

This was easy-to-use! The return process at the airport was convenient as well!

I will definitely recommend it for a Japan trip… it’s a must have!

It has made my trip very easy by staying always connected.

The Japan Wireless eSIM worked seamlessly with my unlocked IPhone, and I had all the 5G internet access I needed while in Tokyo, Kyoto and on the Shinkansen train between these two cities. I was never out of contact with my family in the US and Japan.

Purchasing was easy. Im sure pick up would have been easy also however I forgot to pick it up haha. Definitely think their rates are worth it.
