Everything worked great!

I had good reception and speed my entire trip, including villages outside of major cities. The batteries on our units lasted at least 12 hours of use. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the experience.

The product worked very well for 4 of us to use. Connection was great almost all the time. The box sen to the hotel for pick up and drop off was done at the airport. When I contacted customer service with a query replies were quick and accurate.

Because our flight got in late, I had to ask Japan Wireless to have our units delivered to our hotel. When we checked in, our orders were there and we had no problem returning at the airport before departure. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again!
