Everything was good. I managed to send it to the hotel and it was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. Everything was easy.

I've been a long time customer of Japan Wireless, and have for the most part been satisfied with their service. This last time I used them, everything went smoothly and the devices worked as expected. However, I will note that my AT&T account has international service that is more cost effective up to 10 days in Japan. Over 10 days, the modem is a good choice for me.

This wireless network worked seamlessly. No problems at all! Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient. You can pick up the pocket wifi in the airport. The wifi was very easy to setup and was fast all around Tokyo.

Excellent service! Highly recommended. I received updates when the unit was for delivery and when I got to the hotel, it was there already. Signal was strong throughout my stay.

When traveling abroad, network access is critical. Japan Wireless provided a flawless experience. The two wireless routers I rented gave us no issues at all during the three weeks I used them. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I rented a Wi-Fi for one month. It was very reliable and helpful.

Easy to use. Good price

Absolutely no problem at all. Easy to take, easy to return, very good performances.
