Rented from here twice nice when I went to Japan in Feb and also June/July. Never had a problem using their WiFi at all and was always connected.
Will use it again when I return to Japan again.

Use the service every visit to Japan. Always wait when I arrive at hotel. Easy to use and good speeds. Will continue to use.

I went to Japan three times this year. I reserved pocket Wi-Fi, where it was delivered to my hotel every single time. Devices were all charged ready to go. Service is so great. Japan Wireless is my go to place for pocket Wi-Fi , and I even tell my friends too.Thanks!!!!!

Very good and efficient service!! I rented 2 routers but unfortunately one of them did not work properly.. i then informed the customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement on the same day… i would highly recommend Japan wireless!

I always use it when in Japan.

I switched to using Japan wireless several years ago, during my trips to Japan. I've always have had good service. On a recent trip, I had an issue with my wifi hotspot. I contacted customer service ising the hotel wifi. Japan wireless service was very quick to respond and able to resilve my issue. I will keep using Japan wireless and recommend it to all my colleagues.
