Very good, I was veryy Happy with this Product

This worked really well within Tokyo and even in Hakone. Internet was stable every time I needed it and it lasted mostly through the day. Pickup and return were really easy

Such easy transaction, ordered online, had it delivered to our hotel. It was waiting for me at the front desk. The connection was easy to make and it worked great the entire time. I did have to charge daily. Battery pack was a nice bonus. Sending it back was just as easy, drop in the mail. Highly recommended.

Ordering and using Japan Wireless was the best decision. It was so easy as Japan Wireless had my wifi waiting at our hotel and all I had to do was drop it off at the airport mailbox when departing from Japan. I never ran out of battery and everything was provided, a backup portable charger and charger. My husband and I were both able to use it seamlessly.

Good. Just a little hard to connect at the start of the day.

I've enjoyed using the pocket WiFi, it has been working everywhere for me, I never experience any issues, and the fact that it has unlimited gb is a life saver

The pocket wifi was very reliable.
The internet connection was strong

perfect service in every way. Delivery to hotel no problem. Everything worked perfectly

My order was waiting as booked, but it was hard to find the small kiosk in Haneda T3. The pocket wifi unit worked flawlessly. Battery would last all day no problem. Did not have to use the power bank it came with. Would use again.

5 stars this wifi was super easy and efficient. The charging cable, port and external battery was very useful and much appereciated. Thank you!
