Fabulous service. Easy to pick up at airport and worked brilliantly throughout our holiday. Couldn’t have been without it! Great price too.

It was easy to find the place to pick it up thanks to the detailed instructions they send in advance. The pocket wifi worked very well and the battery was very good lasting all day. They also provide an additional power bank but I used it more for my phone than for their device. Easy to return thanks to the prepaid envelope they also provide which can be put in any post box (we sent at the same airport on our last day before checking in). Excellent service!

I think a pocket WiFi solves the issue of staying connected best. I have the WiFi sent to my hotel and it’s ready when I arrive. Simple to return at Kansai airport.
