Excellent service. Ordered from Australia and was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo. Very good wifi connection with no interruptions. Seamless return. Very highly recommended.

We were with 4 people on holiday in Japan. From picking up the device, using it and returning it is a smooth process. I would recommend it. A few small remarks; you need to stay together otherwise you are out of WIFI, If you want to split up as a group regularly it is better to rent more devices and you also need to be aware you need to carry the device all the time including a powerbank.

My cell phone is locked by my carrier, so getting a SIM card was not an option for me. The pocket wifi gave me everything I needed and it was easy to set up (literally took a minute). It wasn't necessarily the fastest speed, but it was consistent enough that I could use it anywhere, from my hotel to crowds, without having any issues. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Great. Must need in Japan!! For google maps and translations and general internet use. Really good value. Easy to charge and transport. Love that I knew about this!! Delivered to hotel and dropped off at the airport!! Great! Really recommend.

Great WiFi and service!

This is a perfect deal. In the package, you will find the pocket wi-fi, the power bank and the charger. The pick up is really easy and same for the return.
The power bank has a very good battery and the coverage is really good. We used it for 2 mobile for 16 days and we were really satisfied. The service is really good and the price is convenient. All perfect!

The wifi signal was consistently strong, wherever we went. I always get Japan wireless everytime we go to Japan.

Worth having when in Japan. Keep us (especially my daughter) online all day. Very helpful in navigating the city with its stable connection. Satisfied customer here.

The wireless was very useful and i didn't any problem to use internet. Thank you very much

This modem service made our trip very convenient. The modem worked beautifully all over Japan. I would highly recommend this service. Return was amazingly convenient. :D
