Avis

Recommended from Italian! We loved it!

The pocket Wi-Fi works perfectly, we were 4 people using it and never had any connection issue

Good service, top quality!

Overall the pocket WiFi worked well. When we picked up the unit at KIX it powered up but we could not get a stable and consistent connection to the internet. I was concerned that the unit was broken but decided to try it again on the train and thankfully it worked once we were out of the crowded airport area. Had a few more incidents where the signal dropped or stalled but recovered. This is my second time renting from Japan Wireless and will probably use their service again.

And easy to use. Makes a real difference when travelling in Japan

I highly recommend this company if you are going to be traveling to japan! Easy pick up & drop off. Very convenient

The WiFi worked beautifully

Wireless worked as advertised through out our stay in Japan. Pick up and drop off at the airport was convenient with clear instructions. Translation device did not work well, and we used translation websites instead.

Beside the Pickup que at the Post Office the Wireless device have been a great Help, together with the Japan official travel App i was able to perfectly plan and perform my many travels. No Matter how complicated they where. My son used IT to watch short Videos.

This was an excellent service from start to Finnish and we would not have managed without it!
Thank you for a great service.
