Requested to deliver the pocket wifi to the hotel and it was there when we checked-in. The data speed was excellent. The return is a little inconvenient since we have to look for a Japan Post Box which we are not familiar with. Other than that, everything is good. Will rent a pocket wifi from them again when we go back to Japan.

Very nice Service. Was not working for 2 days and when I called they refund for me those 2 days as well as ship a new one within 24 hours.

The Pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel. Pickup was fast and very convenient (no waiting times at the airport).
We used the Pocket WiFi with 4 persons combined. The speed and coverage was great! No problems at all.
Also the unlimited data was great to have.
We will definitely use a Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi when we visit Japan in the future.

As a 62 year old woman traveling in Japan with limited language skills in Japanese, I found this service extremely helpful. Also, sure you carry the extra battery with you. I found I ran out of “juice”sooner than I thought I would !
