From pick up to drop off, renting this mobile pocket wi-fi was very quick and easy. It comes with everything you need (i.e., charging cable, charging plug, and a small battery pack). Rental cost was very reasonable too!

Other than having a little difficulty finding the booth to pick the pocket wifi up at the airport, it's so nice and easy to use during the trip. And it's an amazing idea for groups since multiple devices can be connected at once.

As requested the wifi arrived at my designated hotel was ready on my arrival. The unit was compact and easy to carry and the accessories were great for recharging. Posting the return package at Osaka airport was easy and I had peace of mind our whole vacation. The reception was excellent :-)

I travelled to Tokyo as a journalist for the Tokyo 2020+1 Olympics. I used this to broadcast daily reports 3 times a day back to Ecuador and it was flawless. It was the best possible tool I could have, also returning the device was easy. I'm coming back soon to Tokyo and I will get this again.

Recently I traveled to Japan and rented this portable wireless device. It literally was a lifesaver! It was half the price that my regular phone service would have cost, and it worked every single location we went, and never faded out. It also came with an extra battery, charging cable, and carrying case which came in handy. Without this device I never would have been able to navigate around Tokyo and use the internet to search for places to visit without it! I highly recommend this company!
