Avis

All perfect. Connection always available, also in metro. Long lasting endurance of battery and power bank. Very easy to configure.

Did need to take the extra battery to recharge (and this was slow to charge) if we were out for the whole day (but it was handy for the phones too).
Easy and prompt delivery to the hotel.
Post staff at the airport happy to confirm we were returning correctly.

Great service! We always use Japan Wireless.

Used it for 10 days across multiple locations and had no issues with connectivity. Easy to use and lasts me the entire day.

Device operating very well, excellent service and easy receipt and return

Easy to install and reliable. Would use this product again.

I used Japan Wireless for my month long trip through out Japan. It worked seamlessly. I had great service the whole time, the device itself was small enough to fit in my purse when I didn't use a backpack. The battery lasted all day with several devices connected to it. Overall great experience from easy pick up, setup, use and return.

Easy to pick up and return and internet speeds are fast. Highly recommended!

The signal is strong. We went to different places and it’d doing well on the signal like playing videos, uploading and downloading. Will surely use the same pocket wifi when I get back to Japan! I miss Japan ❤️

On facture, all was perfect !
