Japan Wireless was convenient and their wifi puck was easy to set-up. I had great service during my stay in Japan and did not have to mess with cell carriers and getting a SIM card for my phone. Rented the pocket wifi for the second time from Japan Wireless. Everything was easy and smooth. Very simple and clear instructions for booking, connecting to internet and returning the pocket wifi.
