Pick up location at kansai airport was easy to find. Was wonderful to have a mifi while roaming around japan. Did not have any issues with coverage except for some areas but that is to be expected.

Used the Japan Wireless eSIM on a two week trip to Japan and had no issues. Super easy setup and very reliable, fast connection.

Having data while in Japan is critical. It was Avery easy to instal the esim and we shared it between us for 2 weeks.
The speed is great for all your needs incl streaming movies.

Used for two weeks across japan and had no issues with speed or signal strength. Was a couple bucks more expensive than some other discount providers but worth it for the seamless and speedy service. Recommended.

The perfect solution for foreign voyagers traveling to Japan.
It was a great support and help for my trip.

Easy to order, picked it up at Narita Airport, easy instructions how to boot it. Could easily stream and game however downloading updates for my mobile games took some time so I used the hotel wifi for that. Fully charge I could easily spend a full day with the wireless router. Second time I used Japan wireless and again super happy.

Très utile et facile à utiliser. Je recommande vivement

We had the sim sent to the hotel and it even arrived early. No connection problems. We will definitely use the service again

The delivery was perfect and the material worked perfectly as well.

Swift service on arrival. Excellent set in a beautiful bag including back up battery and charger. Used for 3 weeks across all Japan including mountains. Flawless service and easy return in a post box at the airport. 5 stars.
