Great connectivity throughout Tokyo

The equipment worked fine , charger pack was equipped I was able to use for my whole trip

This is the first time and my best experience ever using a pocket WiFi during my holidays in Japan 3 weeks ago, it was perfect for the WiFi connection and the services given from your side, thank you very much, keep it up your good service and see you in future.Arigato Gozaimase.

We ordered two and they were delivered to our hotel and worked fantastic. We were then able to return them back to Japan Wireless at the airport, as they provided the postage bags to make our life easy. Thank you. Top service

Airport pickup was booked for all other providers and then i realized i can have it delivered to our hotel. They were able to provide a tracking number and updates also reflected real time. Will purchase again for my next Japan trips.

Recommended to everyone! Shared with my family. Pretty fast for 5 of us. Easy pickup and dropoff.

I stayed in Japan for a little over a week and this pocket wifi saved me from having no cell phone service :)

Very convenient and useful to have. We've had little to no issues when we were using it.

Our family of 4 used the pocket wi-fi and translator for two weeks. They were very easy to use and worked pretty much everywhere. Easy pickup at Haneda and dropped in a mailbox in Sapporo. The teenage boys used a lot of data and some days it seemed to slow down a bit because of that but would speed back up very soon afterwards. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! This device was so handy on my trip. It helped me use google maps to figure out where I was going. Customer service was great when I was late picking up the device. Would easily go with them again
