Very convenient and useful to have. We've had little to no issues when we were using it.

Our family of 4 used the pocket wi-fi and translator for two weeks. They were very easy to use and worked pretty much everywhere. Easy pickup at Haneda and dropped in a mailbox in Sapporo. The teenage boys used a lot of data and some days it seemed to slow down a bit because of that but would speed back up very soon afterwards. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! This device was so handy on my trip. It helped me use google maps to figure out where I was going. Customer service was great when I was late picking up the device. Would easily go with them again

I didn't get my pocket wifi on time since the first day was a holiday and I was not informed. However, they were able to process my order and refunds as fast as possible. Plus, they were responsive all throughout.
