I enjoyed an excellent uninterupted service while in Japan. Installing the esim can be less complicated. Eg a click or two away rather than having to send the QR code to another devise in order to scan it.

Was also able to use my mobile on the Tokyo metro.

We really enjoyed & needed the Japan wireless pocket wifi - and back up battery pack made our travelling around Japan less stressful know we were always connected - thank you

Easy and affordable way to access internet while in Japan. No problems sharing with my traveling company.

The wireless wi-fi was a life saver during my vacation. I needed my phone for traveling, translating, and keeping in touch with my family. I always had a signal and when my family needed wi-fi, I was their life savor as well. This is a must have during trips!

We are pleased with the wireless product as we were able to use the device through out our trip in Japan with no issues. Thank you

Easy to order
Easy to pickup in Narita Airport
Strong wifi connection anywhere in Japan
Easy to return
Hassle free and reasonable fee!

Very convenient and reliable!

Worked great, helped so much having WiFi for maps and communication. It did get warm after prolonged use and needed to be recharged during the day if using a lot of data. Very happy we had it.

GREAT SERVICE,DELIVERED ON TIME TO HOTEL IN YOKOHAMA and easy product return. wifi device worked great,no issues

This is our 3rd trip to Japan using Japan Wireless. Excellent coverage and easy to use. On our 3rd visit, the wireless router did not work properly. I contacted japan wireless and they sent a replacement to our hotel. Good customer service and quick response. Highly recommend
