Excelent service everywhere!

Worked as advertised for multiple devices. Needed to remember to charge overnight as we would use about 80% of the battery across a full day.

First time trying pocket wifi. Easy to pickup, set up and go. The constant internet connection made researching and travel a breeze. Definitely would do again.

Smooth working good connection.

We used this pocket WiFi during two weeks all around Japan, no problem whatsoever. Excellent range, good speed, signal was consistent all along the country except from some really remote spots in forest but that's to be expected.

The pocket WiFi was very reliable and the extra battery helped us have internet throughout the entire day/night.

T-Mobile claimed to provide free throttled service for customers visiting Japan. What we found was that the free service is very spotty and disconnects at the most inconvenient times.

I placed the order for two hotspots in the morning and recieved them at my hotel by the time we got back in the evening. They worked flawlessly and kept is connected for the rest of our trip.

It is so convenient to use internet anywhere and it’s unlimited
