Avis

The service was easy and convenient to use.
There are times where the internet service isn't as stable as hoped; so it would be great if that could improve in the future!
Thank you!

An amazing product! Very easy to use and returns are very simple as well. A must have for any traveler to Japan.

Great, had WiFi wherever we went. Easy to charge

This was a very smooth process. The instructions were clear and the hot spot had no issues. We were notified every step of the process.

Easy set-up and fair pricing.

connection is so fast and stable but the power bank dries up fast..

still 5 star rating and will definitely avail your service again and will refer to friends..

Very good product and experience

I needed an unlimited data ( without any restrictions) for my short stay of 2 month in Japan and that was the only pocket Wifi (or data provider) that provided true unlimited data. Also, it's easy to pick-up at the airport and to return it at the end.

Traveling to various cities in Japan and signal is good and steady

Easy process, reliable wifi.
