This make our trip to Japan so much easier. Traveling from one cities to another with this mobile wifi was great.

Japan Wireless is an excellent co to deal with. Pocket Wifi was waiting at the hotel, never dropped a connection and had excellent coverage. Was easy to return at the airport. Will use them again when I return to Japan

From pick up to drop off and everything in between having this pocket WiFi was perfect. We were able to have our family of 5 use it at the same time although we rented 2 devices so we would have more freedom to separate during our vacation. Cost was low enough for this.

Having the Japan Wireless device with us during our trip was worth every yen. From big cities to mountain towns to isolated places with no residents, it allowed us use our phones for communication and for internet access. The whole process of rental, pickup, and return, is easy and well thought-out by the company.

This is our 2nd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. Very compact to carry on in your purse. No need to worry about Wifi anywhere we go. This pocket wifi connected all 4 of our devices with stong connection.
I love how it was delivered at our hotel and how convenient to drop off at postbox in the airport. Will definitely be using this service again!

Worked like an absolute charm. Was up and running within 30 seconds of switching to the new esim after I landed in Japan. No dropouts or issues. Will definitely use again.

Great service and easy to use. It worked pretty much anywhere except for some train rides.
