Avis

We find the coverage and ease of use great. We recommend this to travelers with more than one device. We had 2 phones, a computer and tablet connected. We had to carry our own back up battery though.

Worked well. Equipment was waiting for us at our hotel and worked great on our trip. The return was so simple too!

One of the most organized and helpful services I have ever seen.
Other communication companies should learn from Japan Wireless

For our trip to Japan, we ordered a pocket Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless.
Upon arrival at the airport, we briefly searched for the pickup location, but once we found it, we received the package immediately after scanning the QR code.

The included installation brochure started it up immediately, and we had Wi-Fi right away. We were a family of three.

We had Wi-Fi without any problems throughout our entire trip. Even in the subways, we were amazed at how good the Wi-Fi was.

This is definitely a good thing if you're traveling as a family, since you always have to be close to each other to have Wi-Fi. If you were doing things separately, I'd suggest getting an e-SIM.
We were very satisfied.

Very nice service. Pocket Wi-fi unit arrived early. Access to the pocket wi-fi connection is amazing. Battery lasted the whole day. Easy returns through the post office box. Overall, very highly recommended. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

Excellent service and coverage even in the mountains. Battery life was great as well.

Consistent signal, never had any down time. Strong signal for several phones - I love this service

Easy to order. Reliable company!
Promptly delivered right to our hotel. Replaced units that were malfunctioning right away. Prices were cheaper than my carrier. Easy to return. It was great for travelers! I always order from them when I go to Japan.

simple to use and take and give back

Always skeptical about portable wifi. But worked all over japan, must carry extra battery - which they provide.
Travels from Hokkaido, to tokyo, to osaka, to tottori and a bunch of other locations. Wifi worked great. Would get again.
