Great service & easy delivery and return process!

i was very satisfied with the wifi-box and its delivery and the easy return. only 4 stars because the charger and the power bank didn't work. we tried and tried. luckily i was able to use my own charger and power bank. but i really liked it and would rent it again.... domo arigato!

Reliable internet service . Excellent ,seamless process for delivery and return .

The dongle was delivered on time as requested, worked perfectly and we couldn't have done without it, the supply of a spare battery pack was very worthwhile, and I used it all the time. returning the dongle was clear and easily completed

The Wifi is very reliable not only on its speed and unlimited data but also for its battery. The battery can last almost 12hours with minimum of 2 connections. Such longevity of the wifi helps a lot for tourist and business travellers.

Only small minus for informing the customer about the package deliver to the hotel. After receiving the tracking code everything went well.

We used the WiFi for our week in Tokyo, had no issues using multiple devices. Loved being able to pick up and drop off at our hotel!

Fast data. Must have if traveling in Japan and you do not speak the language. Pick up and return are easy.
