Works very well easy to use

Very clear instructions on how to install and activate. Excellent coverage. I was travelling around Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka.

My family was extremely happy with communication, pick up and return process, and most importantly, functionality of WiFi.

El pack llevaba el pocket wifi, cargador y batería portátil adicional.

Pocas veces tuvimos que usar la batería portátil, ya que el pocket wifi tenía suficiente batería para aguantar todo el día.

Respecto a la cobertura era casi total, solo nos quedamos sin cobertura en el parque de los monos en Kioto, arriba del todo, en el resto de ubicaciones, todo bien. Llegamos a tener conectados al pocket wifi, hasta 4 dispositivos. Relación calidad/precio-Excelente.

This is my 2nd time using this product. The connection was reliable during our stay in okinawa. We went in the farthest peak of the island yet still the signal is good. We used it for gps purposes and search engines. The signal was true unlimited and speed was acceptable. I will definitely use this product again.

The eSIM worked as advertised but one issue I had was trying make my
iPhone a hotspot… so before selecting a service, I asked Google and read other peoples opinion on Reddit; everyone that used Japan wireless eSIM said it worked with no issues, so I assumed the hotspot would worked as it was advertised… so I had added the eSIM and the “coding or info” for hotspot tethering from their installation guide before landing in at Narita Int’l Airport. Once I landed the eSIM was activated but not working - so after ten minutes of trying to figure it out - such as turning my phone on and off and re-reading the instructions, I decided that I should erase the “hotspot tethering” info and it started to work. I had also emailed customer service and they were pretty quick to respond. Overall the service worked great for my travel to Tokyo. I opted for the 10gb use while I was there for 4 days and it was plenty for myself. I was frequently using Google translate as well as Google Maps plus my usage for IG and some web browsing. The service was never spotty throughout my travel so I definitely would recommend this service.

Our hotspot worked well. Pick-up and drop-off were very easy. I recommend this option if you need a mobile hotspot while traveling in Japan.
