Loved our experience with Japan Wireless. They were extremely responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Great battery life i encountered no problems

super easy to use could bring it everywhere and it always worked, used it all around tokyo and osaka. the portable charger that came with it didnt have much battery life to it, the battery on the wifi lasted fairly long though, definitely worth the money. we used it for 24 days no problems

Although is kind of complicated to be carrying the equipment, it was very helpful, I used it everywhere and never let me down, and they even lend me a battery to keep charging the equipment

Very useful and has great internet

Great service that allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our time in Japan and stay connected. We’ll definitely use this service again the next time we’re in Japan.

I loved the experience with the internet box, I have signal everywhere that I went and I took a cruise around Japan. Really recommend it.

It’s very convenient for pick up and drop off.
